The Migrant Kitchen is an Emmy®-winning documentary series that explores America’s booming food scene through the eyes of a new generation of chefs whose cuisine is inspired by the immigrant experience. Visit the kitchens of those who have transformed the culinary landscape of this country with traditional ethnic cuisines and a fusion of new flavors and techniques. The Migrant Kitchen is produced in association with Life & Thyme, our editorial and publication arm.

From co-creating and developing the show to production and final cut delivery, our team of filmmakers have produced four seasons of The Migrant Kitchen, airing nationally on KCET and PBS.

The Migrant Kitchen has garnered three Emmy awards and James Beard Award nominations.
